interests,<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Reviewing onboarding personality assessments provided by DISC or another organization,<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Dedicating time to think about what may be happening in that employee\u2019s personal life (based on what was shared by the employee) and go out of their way to follow up,<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Dedicating time to review\/remind themselves of the ideal career trajectory of each team member and ask themselves if their current project is in line with this person\u2019s long-term goals, and<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Preemptively suggesting and getting approval for continuing education, technical development, or leadership opportunities per member unrelated to their work output.
