Simply speaking, they are user-defined HTTP callbacks (or small code snippets) triggered by specific events. In order to do that, you need to choose the app that will provide the trigger and the event that will be the trigger.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Search for <strong>Zoom<\/strong> in <strong>Search apps\u2026<\/strong> field<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Choose trigger event in the <strong>Trigger Event <\/strong>section<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose <strong>New Meeting<\/strong> from a dropdown (this way, the trigger will be activated when a new meeting is created)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Continue<\/strong> to choose the account that will create the Zoom meeting<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">In the <strong>Choose an account\u2026<\/strong> field choose the account (if there is one previously created) or choose the <strong>+Connect a new account <\/strong>option<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you chose the second option, Zapier will connect to the account created in Zoom\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Continue<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose\u00a0<strong>Meeting<\/strong>\u00a0as Meeting Type to\u00a0<strong>set up the trigger<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click\u00a0<strong>Continue<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Test the trigger to see if it works properly<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"note\">Make sure you are still logged in to your Zoom account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the test was successful, you&#8217;ll get something like this:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"930\" height=\"677\" src=\"https:\/\/pumble.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/Screenshot-2023-05-30-at-14.42-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5361\" srcset=\"https:\/\/pumble.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/Screenshot-2023-05-30-at-14.42-1.png 930w, https:\/\/pumble.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/Screenshot-2023-05-30-at-14.42-1-300x218.png 300w, https:\/\/pumble.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/Screenshot-2023-05-30-at-14.42-1-768x559.png 768w, https:\/\/pumble.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/Screenshot-2023-05-30-at-14.42-1-16x12.png 16w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 930px) 100vw, 930px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Continue with the next step.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5.2 Creating action<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">You need to configure the event that will occur after the trigger.
