This means fewer missed emails and faster reactions without leaving Pumble.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading translation-block\">How it works<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>By connecting Clockify and Pumble, the notifications you\u2019d normally get from Clockify will now show up in Pumble. These include:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Time tracking reminders<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Time off requests and updates<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Timesheet approvals<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Everything is delivered right in the Pumble workspace, so you don\u2019t have to switch between tools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading translation-block\">Get notifications<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">If you have at least one active Pumble and one active Clockify workspace <strong>in the same CAKE.com organization<\/strong>, you\u2019ll automatically start receiving notifications from Clockify in Pumble.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">If you\u2019d like to receive Clockify notifications, but don\u2019t have a workspace on Clockify yet, you\u2019ll first need to <a href=\"https:\/\/cake.com\/help\/account-basics\/manage-workspaces\/#create-new-workspace\">create<\/a> one via the same CAKE.com account in order to use the integration.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"note\">One Pumble workspace can be connected to multiple Clockify workspaces. To approve or reject time off, simply open the Clockify add-on under the Apps section and click on Approve or Reject. This will automatically be saved to your Clockify account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"243\" src=\"https:\/\/pumble.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/Approve-time-off-in-Pumble.gif\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-10664\" style=\"width:433px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading translation-block\">Receive time-off status updates on Pumble<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>When a user is approved for a time-off request in Clockify, a corresponding icon will appear next to their name on Pumble. Also, it will show until when the user will be off. class=\"wp-block-heading translation-block\">Manage notifications<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You can choose which types of Clockify notifications you would like to see in Pumble.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">In Pumble, choose <strong>Clockify<\/strong> in the <strong>Apps<\/strong> section<br><img loading=\"lazy\" choose:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Which notifications you want to receive (time tracking, time off, approvals)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Which Pumble workspace should they be sent to (if you have more than one)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>All the changes you make are automatically saved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading translation-block\">Stop notifications&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To stop getting notifications from Clockify:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">In Clockify, go to <strong>Preferences<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Choose <strong>Pumble notifications<\/strong> tab<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Uncheck specific notifications you don\u2019t want to receive<br>Or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Choose <strong>none<\/strong> as notification type<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">If you\u2019re experiencing any
