This feature is available on all plans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you are using Plaky for project management, now you can get all your notifications directly in Pumble.
With this integration, Pumble will send notifications whenever there are changes on your Plaky board regarding your Project, Comments and Mentions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to enable notifications<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To enable this integration, you will need to do it in Plaky. Here are the steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Navigate to the Apps<\/strong> section in the left sidebar<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click on Plaky<\/strong>
    \"\"<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Click on Settings<\/strong> to open Plaky preferences
    \"\"<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Select Pumble notifications<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Click Enable Pumble notifications<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Toggle which notifications you want to receive on Pumble<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    The settings will automatically be saved to your Plaky account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If you have only one Pumble workspace, enabling Pumble messages will automatically connect to that workspace. If you have multiple workspaces, you can select which one to connect to from the dropdown, and if you don\u2019t have a workspace, you can create a new one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Types of notifications you can receive<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    When you enable Pumble messages in Plaky, you can receive notifications when someone:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Subscribes you to a Board\/Item\/Subitem\/Team<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Changes an Item\/Subitem you\u2019re subscribed to<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Comments or replies on an Item\/Subitem you\u2019re an owner of<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Comments or replies on an Item\/Subitem you\u2019re subscribed to<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Reacts to your comment or reply<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Replies to your comment or reply in a conversation you\u2019re a part of<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Mentions you or your team in a comment or reply<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      If you’re working on a new project that’s constantly being updated, this integration can be a great way to stay notified of all the latest changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Use Board automations to send notifications to Pumble<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      If you connect your Pumble and Plaky Workspaces, you can create a Board Automation that sends notifications from Plaky directly to a Pumble user\/channel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Open Automations<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Click on New automation<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Create the automation trigger<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. Add a condition (optional)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      5. In the do this<\/strong> field select send notification<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      6. In the somewhere<\/strong> field select Plaky<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      7. In the someone<\/strong> field select who you want to send the message to<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      8. Click on Create<\/strong> automation<\/strong> to complete the action<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        How to disable notifications<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        If you want to stop receiving Plaky notifications in Pumble, here’s how:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. In Plaky app, click on your menu<\/strong> and open Preferences<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. Go to the Notifications <\/strong>tab<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        3. Expand Pumble notifications<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
        4. Toggle the switch off next to Enable Pumble notifications<\/strong> to stop all of them
          or<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        5. Choose which specific types of notifications you no longer want to receive<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
