This feature is available on all plans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With code snippets, you can send parts of code, configuration files, or log files to users in your workspace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here\u2019s how you can do this:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Click the + icon<\/strong> in the message editor<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Select Text snippet<\/strong>
    \"Add<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Enter snippet title (this is optional)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Select snippet style<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Paste the code into the Content<\/strong> section<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Click on Create snippet<\/strong>

    Users can click the collapse\/expand <\/strong>button to change the number of lines displayed in the snippet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    You can add a new snippet by using the keyboard shortcut Ctrl\/CMD + Shift + Enter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Edit snippet<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    You can always edit the snippet and change the code inside it. To do this, hover over the snippet and click on the pencil<\/strong> icon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    This will open a modal where you can customize the snippet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Share snippet<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    You can share code snippets directly with other workspace users. Here\u2019s how you can do this:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Hover over a snippet<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Click on the share<\/strong> icon<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Select users<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Write your message (optional)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Click Share<\/strong>

      Copy snippet to clipboard<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      If you want to paste the code snippet somewhere, you can copy it to your clipboard by clicking on the copy to clipboard<\/strong> icon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Download snippet<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      You can save code snippets directly to your computer by clicking on the download<\/strong> button. The files will be saved in a .txt format.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Delete snippet<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      To remove a code snippet from your workspace, follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Hover over a snippet<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Click on the three dots<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Click on Delete file<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. Click on Delete<\/strong> to confirm the action
