Multi-channel guests are charged as regular users.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"tip translation-block\">For a comprehensive overview of guest users&#8217; permissions, check out <a workspace, ensure that you have available seats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Add guests to your workspace<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"note translation-block\">Owner and admins can <a href=\"https:\/\/pumble.com\/help\/workspace-administration\/team-management\/edit-members-role\/\">switch regular users to guest users<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To invite a guest to a workspace, follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Click on your <strong>workspace name<\/strong> in the top left corner<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li guest<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select channels where you want the user to be invited<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the time limit for how long a guest will have access to the workspace (optional)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li set for the guest\u2019s access, the workspace owner or admin receives an email alert two days before deactivation, and the guest is notified about the deactivation by the Pumble bot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Manage guest users<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Admins and workspace owners can also manage the channels their guests are part of and set time limits for workspace access.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here\u2019s how you can do it:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Click on your <strong>workspace name<\/strong> in the top left access:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Create a private channel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Invite the single-channel guest to join this channel<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>This setup gives the impression that the entire workspace is just that one channel with the two of you as users. If you need to involve another team member in a conversation with the guest, simply add them to the same private channel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Convert guest users&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You can convert single-channel guest users to multi-channel guest users, and vice versa.
