With the Pumble and Jira integration, you can create Jira issues directly from Pumble. This eliminates the need to switch between the two apps and helps you optimize your workflow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Install the Jira addon<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To start, you will need to install the Jira add-on in your workspace. Here\u2019s how:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Click on + Add apps<\/strong> in the left sidebar<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click Install<\/strong> next to the Jira addon<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Allow permissions<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Connect your Jira workspace<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Once you have installed the addon, you can proceed and connect your Jira workspace. Here\u2019s how:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Click on Jira in the left sidebar<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Click on Connect Jira Site<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Create a Jira issue<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      When you have connected your workspace to Jira, you can create a Jira Issue. Here\u2019s how:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Open Jira in the left sidebar<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Click on Create Jira issue<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Select Space<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. Select Work type<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      5. Fill out the rest of the information<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      6. Click Create<\/strong> to complete the action<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        You can also create an Issue by typing \/ in the message box and choosing the Create Jira issue global shortcut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Once the Issue is created, it will be displayed in your Jira Space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Slash commands<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        You can access the Jira integration by typing slash commands directly in your message box. The following commands are supported:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • \/jira create<\/strong> \u2014 create an issue<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • \/jira help<\/strong> \u2014 lists all slash commands<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • \/jira [issue-key]<\/strong> \u2014 shows details about the Issue<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
