access that information. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How pinning works<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pin your messages to add them into the <strong>Pinned<\/strong> section within the conversation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pin any files by pinning the message in which the actual file was shared in <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Click on the <img
