Edit your invoice information<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
You have the option to modify the company name and address on your billing statements, and you can also include your VAT\/ABN ID and indicate your business status if it applies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

- Click on three dots in the top left corner next to your WS name<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Hover over Workspace settings<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Select Billing<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
- In invoice information section click Edit<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Edit email address<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Edit address information<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Click Save to complete the action<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
Manage your payment method<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
You can add a new credit card as your payment method. To do it:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

- Hover over Workspace settings<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Select Billing<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
- In payment information section click Edit<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Add new card information<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Agree with the terms of use<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Click Save<\/strong> to complete the action<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
Check your billing history<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Use the steps below to find and download your invoices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

- Hover over Workspace settings<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Select Billing<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Navigate to the Invoices<\/strong> tab<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Click on Download invoice<\/strong> next to the billing statement you want to check <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
The invoice will be downloaded in PDF format.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Upgrade your subscription<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Follow the steps below to upgrade your paid subscription or downgrade your subscription. You can also customize your billing cycle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

- Select the subscription plan and click Upgrade<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n

If you downgrade to the Free or Pro plan, it’s important to note that Guest users won’t have access to log in to the workspace unless you upgrade back to the plan where this feature was initially available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
