How notifications work<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

When using Pumble on your PC, you get all notifications there. However, if you are away from your desktop, you receive all notifications via our mobile app. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pumble can notify you of the following types of messages: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Direct Message (DM) <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Mention in channel (@user_name<\/strong> and @user_group<\/strong>)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • @channel <\/strong>and @here<\/strong> for channel you’re a member of<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Reply to thread you follow <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    These notifications are supported by both desktop and mobile versions of Pumble. The notifications will depend on the way they are configured in the notification preferences and set up in different settings for your mobile devices. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Once a new workspace is added, the notifications in the Preferences<\/strong> are set to All new messages<\/strong> by default.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
