Meet Recording

Capture and revisit your significant meetings using Pumble meet recording feature. Recordings include both the active speaker and any content shared during the call.

To initiate a meet recording follow these steps:

1. Click on the three dots located at the bottom of your call screen
2. Select Start recording
3. In the subsequent window, click on Start recording

To stop recording:

4. Click on the three dots at the bottom of your call screen
5. Select Stop recording
6. In the following window click on Stop recording

Participants are notified when the recording starts or ends. While the meeting is being recorded, a red symbol is prominently displayed in the top left corner of the app window. Users on iOS devices are also notified that the recording starts, that the recording is in progress and when it ends.

If the participant who is recording the call wants to leave the call, confirmation window will appear to ensure their intent, as leaving will also stop the recording.

The recording is saved to your workspace files. A message containing the recording video is sent by Pumblebot, to the person who initiated the recording.
