Ana Erkić is a writer and researcher, as well as a content editor, specialized in team communication and collaboration. A long-time remote worker herself, she is interested in exploring the remote and hybrid work environment and how it relates to both employee experience and team communication and collaboration as a whole.

Having a Master’s degree in English Literature from the Faculty of Philosophy, Novi Sad, she was organically drawn to writing and content creation. After a brief career in teaching, she wanted to venture into a somewhat new and exciting field of content creation. She wrote her first blog post for a client in late 2015, and she never looked back.

After having ventured into several niche industries she found she does her best work on topics that revolve around her two biggest interests — communication and technology. Her position as a communication author and researcher at Pumble has allowed her to dive deep into the world of remote team communication technology and explore how it ties to the overall collaboration, team connection, and culture as a whole.

With an aim to provide the most valuable tips and insights on fostering effective team communication remotely, Ana is especially curious about exploring best practice processes and stories from successful real-life teams in interview form.

A team communication and video conferencing enthusiast, she enjoys learning about and testing the latest technologies, apps, and features. When she is not researching the most productive collaboration techniques, she can usually be found trying out the latest team chat and collaboration tools and apps.

In her free time, she likes to travel, do yoga, and relax with a good book.
