Getting Started with Mobile App

If you’d like to keep up with everything that’s going on in your Workspace, even if you are away from your computer, you should use Pumble mobile app.

Follow these simple steps and stay informed on what your team is up to.

Step 1: Download Pumble app on your phone #

To download Pumble for both iOS and Android, check out this link, or download Pumble app from your App store or Play store.

Step 2: Sign in to your workspace or create a new workspace #

When you install and open your Pumble app, and tap on Get started.

If you don’t have Pumble account, here you can create an account along with the new Workspace.

To create a new account and Workspace:

1. Enter your email address and tap Continue
2. Check your inbox for the 6-characters verification code
3. Enter verification code
4. Type Workspace name
5. Check Terms and Conditions and tap Create workspace

or

1. Tap on Continue with Google/Apple
2. Select Create new Workspace
3. Type Workspace name
4. Check Terms and Conditions and tap Create workspace

And that’s it! You’ve successfully created your first Workspace.

Log in #

If you already have a Pumble account or if you’re a member of some Workspace, can connect your phone to the existing account by logging in.

To login to the existing Workspace with the Workspace URL: #

1. Tap on Log in with workspace URL
2. Enter the workspace URL
3. Tap Continue
4. Enter your email address
5. Enter the verification code from your inbox to complete the action
   
   or
   
   Tap on Continue with Google/Apple/Custom SSO name to log in

or

1. Tap on Log in with password
2. Enter your email address
3. Enter your password
4. Tap Log in to complete the action

To log in with Google/Apple: #

1. Open the app and tap on Get started
2. Tap on Continue with Google/Apple
3. Toggle the radio button next to the Workspace you want to log in to
4. Tap Log in to complete the action

You have successfully completed initial steps and can start using Pumble mobile app.

Prior to signing in manually via mobile app, you should set up your password. Then you can sign in via mobile app using the password you set up earlier.
