Plans and features #
If you’re looking to learn about Pumble’s plans and features, read on for more details about the FREE and paid plans.
FREE plan #
Ideal for small businesses, Free plan provides an array of awesome features to choose from. However, it’s important to note that certain limitations apply, although it grants unlimited usage of public and private channels, unlimited number of users and message history, voice and video messages, etc.
PRO plan #
Tailored for medium-sized businesses, Pro plan offers a diverse selection of features, such as customizable sections and video conferencing with up to 25 members. Unlock even more capabilities compared to the Free plan by upgrading to Pro plan.
BUSINESS plan #
The Business plan is designed to cater to the needs of growing businesses seeking a balance between robust functionality and scalability. With ample storage, increased user capacity compared to the Pro plan, and the advantage of an unlimited number of integrations, it offers the ideal solution for organizations aiming to optimize their collaboration and workflow management.
ENTERPRISE plan #
The Enterprise plan, tailored for big businesses, encompasses a range of advanced and innovative features that enhance security and provide unique benefits. These functionalities do not only bolster security, but empower organizations to achieve peak performance and efficiency too.

Billing for Guest Users #
Single Channel User is available on Business and Enterprise plans. For each paid Seat, you can add 5 Single Channel Guests free of charge.
If you have 10 Seats, you can invite up to 50 Single Channel Guests. For more information on seats check out this article.
Example: Let’s say you have a FREE plan with 10 active users and want to upgrade to Business plan. You’ll be billed for those 10 Seats. If you’d like to use this free option and make 8 of them Guest Users, you need to deactivate those 8 users, remove their seats, subscribe to Business plan and then invite them back as Single Channel Users.
Invoices #
Once you upgrade to paid plan (monthly or annual), you can access and download all of your invoices directly from the Invoice tab in the Billing section of the Workspace settings.
