Emailer Integration
The integration of Pumble with Emailer minimizes the need to switch between email and Pumble, ensuring that important information is easily accessible within your Pumble workspace. This guide will walk you through the process of adding Emailer integration to your Pumble workspace in a few steps.
To connect Pumble with Emailer, follow these steps:
- Click on +Add apps button at the bottom of the left sidebar
- Click on Install button next to the Emailer app and a new tab will open with the consent form and integration specifics
It’s possible that the app has already been installed on your workspace by another user, and you will need to authorize it so that you can use it. To do it, click on the Authorize button next to the app name. - Select the Workspace from the dropdown
It is important that you are logged in to the Pumble Workspace that you choose from the dropdown. - Click Allow to complete the installation
Emailer integration is particularly useful for teams that heavily rely on email communication for receiving important updates, inquiries, and notifications, but also utilize Pumble for real-time collaboration and discussions. It allows team members to stay informed about important emails.

– delete the given email address/emailer list

Receive emails on Pumble #
To receive emails directly in a Pumble channel, do the following:
- Type
/emailer generate
in any channel - Press Enter to complete the action
An email will be generated for the given channel.
Whenever someone sends an email to that email address, the email content will be sent to that particular channel as a Pumble message.
Email attachments will not be sent to Pumble, but there will be information in the attachment section that there is an attachment in the email.
