Guest Role Permissions
Guests are users with access to specific channel(s) only. They cannot be a part of User groups.
Guests in Pumble have specific permissions:

Guest can only initiate a DM with a member who’s in the same channel(s). Member, however, can initiate a DM with any guest, even if they’re not in the same channel.

Frequently asked questions #
What’s the difference between a single-channel and a multi-channel guest? #
Single-channel guests belong to exactly one channel. Multi-channel guests can be added to any number of channels, but only the ones you specify.
Are guests charged the same as regular users? #
Not always. You can invite up to five single-channel guests free of charge for each paid seat in your Workspace. Multi-channel guests are charged as regular users.
Can guests be added to user Groups? #
No. Guests can’t be part of user groups regardless of type.
